Here at Sunlight, we're always looking for ways to simplify your life. You may need some help making a new request or want to know the status of a request you already placed. No matter what, we're here for you!

Through our live chat, the Sunlight team is one click away. Just click on the green message bubble icon located at the bottom right corner of our page. A modal will appear for you to search for an article on our Help Centre or to start a new conversation with one of our support representatives.

Once you click on “New Conversation” a menu will display which will allow you to pose your questions or comments to us. You'll soon get a live reply from someone in our team. Quick, simple and interactive! You can also access previous conversations you've had with us by clicking on “See previous”.

If you’re interested in learning something or improving a skill but do not know what’s the best way to do that, feel free to ask our support team for some recommendations.
