Playlists are lists of resources that you can create to organize and personalize your Sunlight account however you like.

Sunlight is committed to helping you see your ERGs thrive. You can create a playlist and add teammates with similar interests or backgrounds.

As an ERG member, access to the Sunlight Playlists feature will allow you to recommend and share learning resources that you think your teammates might find interesting or useful.

1. First, you’d need to define a topic or theme you want your team to discuss or learn. Then, create a playlist and name it in a fun creative way.

2. Once your playlist has been created, add as many resources as you like, these can be videos, books, courses, articles and more!

3. Share it with your team or with specific members of your company, and let the learning begin!
