To access your company’s activity feed, first you’d need to click on your company’s logo on the left side menu, then click on the “Activity” tab, right at the top. Here you’ll find everything related to your Company’s general activity on Sunlight: the resources your employees have shared and those that they’ve purchased.
By default you’ll see the activity of the whole company; however, you can filter this information by cohorts. Just click on the “Add a filter” button and select the cohort you're interested in.
Who can see this?
All users within your company have access to this information. If you do not want company members to see what others are purchasing with their Sunlight, you can disable this feature on the “General” tab on settings, just scroll down until the “Notifications and Emails” section. Additionally, when paired up with our Slack integration, the feature will send a notification whenever a resource has been shared or purchased to your company’s slack feed.
It's important to clarify that these Slack notifications will only happen if a Slack channel has been assigned to Sunlight. This can be configured directly on your group Settings > Integrations. Please refer to our article “Slack Integration” for step-by-step instructions on how to set this up properly.
Whenever a user decides to make a request private, it'll not be shared on the company’s feed or in Slack. However, a notification will be sent directly to the users who need to be notified. To learn how to make a private request, please read our article “How to create a Request.”
