To see your company’s analytics, you have to go to your company’s profile on the left side menu and click on the “Analytics” tab. Here you can see all the data related to your team’s purchases, and gain insights into how they learn.

You can filter this data by date and cohort. In order to do this, just click on “Add a filter” and select the cohort you want to see.

To change the date, you have four established options on the left, which are: one week, four weeks, one year or month to date; moreover, you can also choose to see a specific period.

We arrange your company’s data in four sections, let’s see one by one:

Learning transactions

This section reflects the number of requests your employees created during a specific period of time. For example, you can use this section to see in which months your team members created the most requests.

Gross Expense

This shows how much your employees have spent on their requests during the period of time you choose.

Learning by category

Here you can see how much your users have spent in each category. We have a great variety of categories, which include: business, design, economy, personal development, programming, science, and more.

How your company learns

This section shows your company's purchases by resource types, these can be: online courses, events, books, tuition, travel, and others.

Now that you know how it works, you can use this data to understand your employees preferences, and also to find behavior patterns that will help you organize your company’s expenses in the future.
