My Sunlight Activity, Requests, Playlists and Analytics

Is there a place where I can find all of this? Yes and it’s called “Your profile” :)

In order to get to your profile you need to go to the sidebar, click on your profile image and then click on “Your Profile”. This section contains all the information about yourself and it’s divided into two: the “You” section and the “Settings” section.

Let’s talk about the first one, in which you’ll find the following tabs:

Activity

The first tab is the one of “Activity”. In here, you’ll find everything related to your general activity on Sunlight: the resources you’ve shared and those that you’ve purchased.

Playlists

You may already know that you can access your playlists through the sidebar; however, you can check out the playlists you’ve created and those you’re collaborating on if you go to your profile, just click on the second tab named “Playlists”.

Also, in this tab you’ll be able to click on “Create a new playlist” to make another one of your own.

Please take into consideration that you’ll only see here the playlists that you own; in the case of the ones of your company, those that were shared with you, among others, will only be found when you click the “Playlists” button in the sidebar.

Requests

In this tab, you’ll find every single request you created on Sunlight. These are divided in three:

  • All: this section includes all your requests, meaning, those that were completed, cancelled, refunded, or that were approved by your admin and have a card ready for you to use.

  • Subscriptions: whenever you decide to create a subscription request on our platform, this is the place to find them.

  • Needs Invoice: when you purchase a resource, your Sunlight request will go to a “Completed” status; this means that you now have the option of uploading an invoice there. In this tab is where you can find those requests which are pending an invoice (you can also find them when you click the “Requests” button on the sidebar). This is an optional requirement; however, if you’re part of a company that enabled the option of “Enforce Mandatory Invoice Upload”, you’re bound to upload the invoices. Analytics

The last tab of the “You” section is called “Analytics”. It contains all the data and insights of how you learn. This means that you’ll find the amount of requests you’ve placed, how much you’ve spent, what type of resources you’ve purchased and how many, and the categories from which you’ve spent your budget.

In addition, you’ll be able to filter this section as you wish so that you can see your data from a month, a year, or a few weeks ago. Just click on the dates and customize it!
